French Toast sandwiched with bacon and cheese, pan fried until golden and the cheese has melted. Make it for breakfast or brunch or anytime.
Make sure all the ingredients are ready before starting
Cut and remove the crust of the bread slices.
Fry the bacon and cut it into small pieces enough to fit on the bread slice. Cut and shape your cheese as well so that it will fit on the bread.
Place the cheese on to the bread slice
Then add bacon
Add another slice of cheese on top
In a small bowl add flour and water and mix to create a paste
Spread the flour paste on the edges of the bread, the paste will help to seal the pockets.
Seal with another slice of bread and press the edges to make sure its properly sealed.
Seal all the bread pockets
In a bowl add the eggs, milk, black pepper and salt and whisk thoroughly.
Dunk the stuffed bread into the egg-milk mixture and coat properly
Add the bread to preheated oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve
