This Creamy Salmon recipe is totally restaurant quality, but super easy to make! Perfectly pan-seared salmon, drowning in a creamy sauce with garlic, pepper, spinach, and onions.

Step 1

Make sure all ingredients are ready before starting

Step 2

Cut your veggies for stir fry, broccoli, carrots, onions, green pepper, yellow pepper and onions.

Step 3

Cut the veggies for the creamy sauce, onions, garlic, spinach and green pepper

Step 4

Cut the salmon into sizes of your choice and season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Heat the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets flesh-side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

Step 6

Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.

Step 7

To the same pan, add onions and garlic, cook for about 2 minutes.

Step 8

Add the green pepper and spinach and allow it to wilt.

Step 9

Reduce the heat to low add 200ml of heavy cream stir and bring to a simmer.

Step 10

Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over each filet

Step 11

Step 12

For the stir fry, steam the vegies for about 3 minutes then fry with olive oil until ready.
