Craving beef and potatoes? Try this delicious, creamy and easy recipe perfect for a quick lunch.
Cut and boil potatoes until tender.
Add butter, cheese and milk and mash using a potato masher or manually
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Parboil the beef strips for about 10 minutes
Drain remaining water and add oil and fry for 5 minutes
Add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick. Add the green peas and stir well.
Add soup and curry and add enough warm water to make a gravy. Add salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
Dish the mashed potatoes and add the beef stew on top or on the side.
