Nothing beats sadza with crispy, delicious chicken wings. You can add chili to make the wings hot and spicy.
Ingredients
Directions
Cut the chicken wings into three parts and parboil the wings for about 5 minutes
Spread marinade over the wings, I used Chicken Tikka Masala to marinate, you can use any marinade of your choice.
Add garlic powder and black pepper and let marinate for at least 1 hour
Roast the wings in preheated oil on medium heat until both sides turn golden-brown and crispy.
For the gravy. Add onions to preheated oil and fry for 2 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and carrots stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick. Add the green pepper and stir well.
Add soup and curry and add enough warm water to make a gravy. Add salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
You can serve the wings separate from the gravy or you can add the wings to the gravy and mix as I did here.
