This Creamy Salmon recipe is totally restaurant quality, but super easy to make! Perfectly pan-seared salmon, drowning in a creamy sauce with garlic, pepper, spinach, and onions.

Make sure all ingredients are ready before starting
Cut your veggies for stir fry, broccoli, carrots, onions, green pepper, yellow pepper and onions.
Cut the veggies for the creamy sauce, onions, garlic, spinach and green pepper
Cut the salmon into sizes of your choice and season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets flesh-side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
To the same pan, add onions and garlic, cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the green pepper and spinach and allow it to wilt.
Reduce the heat to low add 200ml of heavy cream stir and bring to a simmer.
Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over each filet
For the stir fry, steam the vegies for about 3 minutes then fry with olive oil until ready.
